About Eudaimonia

Eudaimonia opened in April 2010 and is run and owned by me, Sapphire. This is my 3rd fanlisting collective but the 1st one that is actually hosted on my own site, so I won't have to worry/get mixed up with hosts that just dropped off the planet without letting me know...so anyway. Hopefully this will be my the last fanlisting collective I will ever create. This site houses all my fandom collectible business. woot!

Eudaimonia roughly translates to "happiness" in Classical Greek and literally translates to "having a good guardian spirit" I believe. I first encountered this word in my Philosophy class and the philosopher Aristotle uses the term to describe what he believes is the common goal of all human beings, having a good spirit, a fulfilled life, happiness attained through the use of reason...but there's more to it, of course.
